모자이크 처리전 전화상담에서는 금액상담만 가능합니다.

첨단 영상 센터에서는 모자이크 처리 전에 청구인에게 문자 메시지를 보내어 안내를 드리고 있습니다. 메시지에는 "금액 산출에 궁금한 점이 있으시면 그 때 전화를 주시면 상세하게 안내를 드리고 있습니다"라는 내용이 포함되어 있습니다.

그러나 가끔 청구인이 금액 이외의 질문을 하기도 합니다. 이런 경우에도 센터에서는 모자이크 처리 전 CCTV / 블랙박스 영상의 내용에 대해 언급하지 않도록 주의하고 있습니다. 상담원이 "법적으로 금액 이외의 답변은 제공할 수 없다"라고 말해도 청구인을 유도하며 상담원을 자극하기도 합니다.

그래서, 센터에서는 모든 전화 상담 내용을 녹음하여 관리하고 있습니다. 만약 해당 기관에서 요청하거나 도를 넘어서 상담원을 자극하는 경우가 발생하면, 이러한 상황을 방지하기 위해 전화 상담 내용을 해당 기관으로 전달하는 조치를 취하고 있습니다.

However, sometimes claimants ask questions unrelated to the amount. In such cases, the center is cautious not to mention the content of the CCTV/blackbox video before the mosaic processing. Even if the representative encourages the claimant or is provoked by the claimant, stating that "legally, we cannot provide answers other than regarding the amount."

As a result, all phone consultations at the center are recorded and managed. If requested by the relevant organization or if a situation arises where the representative is provoked beyond acceptable limits, measures are taken to transmit the recorded phone conversation to the respective organization.
