일반적인 경우, 현장 CCTV를 백업하신 후 저희 센터로 보내주시면 저희가 처리를 해 드립니다.

하지만 그렇지 않은 경우도 있습니다. 

1. CCTV의 기계적인 문제로 재생은 되지만 백업이 되지 않는 경우

2. CCTV 작동 방법을 모르는 경우

3. CCTV 비번을 잊어버려서 재생 밖에 안되는 경우

4. 원하는 내용이 짧게 짧게 조각이 나 있어 담당자가 하루를 CCTV 백업에 소비해야 하는 경우

해당 기관 및 업체가 CCTV를 제공의사를 밝혔지만, 백업하는 과정에 인건비 및 시간이 소요됩니다. 단순 사건의 경우 해당 기관 및 업체에서 선의로 해당 시간만 백업해 드릴 수 는 있지만, 복잡한 사건의 경우 담당자가 남의 일로 인해서 자신의 일을 못하는 사태가 발생이 됩니다. 이때 저희 센터에서는 소정의 비용을 책정해서 이러한 백업을 대신해 드리고 있습니다.

In general, if you provide us with the CCTV footage, we will handle the backup at our center.

However, there are certain special cases:

1. If there is a mechanical issue with the CCTV system where playback is possible but backup cannot be performed.

2. If you are unfamiliar with how to operate the CCTV system.

3. If you have forgotten the password for the CCTV system, limiting access to playback only.

4. If the desired footage is fragmented into short segments, requiring a staff member to spend a whole day on CCTV backup.

While the organization or company has expressed willingness to provide the CCTV footage, the backup process incurs costs in terms of manpower and time. For simple incidents, the organization or company may be willing to provide only the necessary timeframe for backup. However, in complex cases, the staff member may be unable to attend to their own tasks due to involvement in someone else's work. In such instances, our center offers backup services at a reasonable cost.
