CCTV 및 블랙박스 영상이 센터로 보내지게 되면, 청구인에게 기본(일반) 모자이크 비용으로 안내가 됩니다. 그러면 청구인은 해당 비용을 납부하게 되며 센터에서는 즉시 처리를 해서 다시 담당 경찰관에게 보내드립니다.

그러나 때로는 담당 경찰관은 엄격한 기준을 제시하며 '정밀' 모자이크를 요구할 수 있습니다. 일반적으로 청구인이 '정밀' 모자이크를 요구하는 경우는 비용 부담도 청구인이 하기 때문에 요구 및 비용 납부가 일치합니다. 그러나 담당 경찰관이 정밀 모자이크를 요구하는 경우, 청구인과 비용의 차이가 발생할 수 있습니다.(정밀 모자이크는 비용이 비싸집니다)

이러한 경우, 저희 센터에서는 담당 경찰관에게 '우리 센터는 이번 사안에 대해서는 취하합니다'라고 안내하고, 담당 경찰관과 청구인 간의 협의를 권장합니다. 이후 협의 결과에 따라 다시 신청을 진행하도록 안내합니다. 이를 통해 모든 이해당사자가 상호 합의된 결과를 도출할 수 있도록 노력하고 있습니다.

When CCTV and black box footage is sent to the center, the claimant is informed about the cost for the basic (standard) mosaic. The claimant is required to pay the corresponding fee, and the center immediately processes the footage and sends it back to the assigned police officer.

However, there are instances where the assigned police officer may request a stricter standard and ask for a "precise" mosaic. Usually, when the claimant requests a precise mosaic, they are responsible for the additional cost, aligning the request with the payment. But when the assigned police officer demands a precise mosaic, a gap may arise between the claimant and the cost.

In such cases, our center informs the assigned police officer that "our center will not proceed with the specific case" and recommends a discussion between the assigned police officer and the claimant. We advise them to reach an agreement and then resubmit the request accordingly. We strive to facilitate a mutually agreed outcome among all parties involved.
